    Frequently asked questions

    What products do you supply?

    Primarily corn, wheat and barley. We also handle edible oils and oilseeds upon request

    Which origins are available?

    Black Sea and Latin America are our main origins; other origins are possible depending on the season.

    What are your standard Incoterms?

     FOB, CFR or CIF. For nearby deliveries we can offer EXW/DAP from our warehouses

    Minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

    Typical lots start from one FCL (≈25–30 MT). For bulk vessels, parcels usually start from 1,000 MT

    Payment terms?

    LC at sight is preferred. We also support DP/DA and partial prepayment for smaller lots

    Quality control & inspection

    Third‑party inspection (e.g., weight & quality), sampling and moisture control are arranged at load or warehouse.

    Warehousing & fumigation

    Bonded and non‑bonded storage near ports. Fumigation is provided when required

    Lead times & transit

    After contract/LC, typical readiness is 7–14 days; transit time depends on route and port congestion

    Document set included

    Commercial invoice, packing list, BL (or seaway bill), phytosanitary, certificate of origin; others on request.
